Aug 28 training schedule

I am actually stiff today, my bum is sore from all of the lunges and box jumps yesterday. I THOUGHT today was a swim. Hmmm, didnt read my schedule.

Today is a 55 minute run (roughly 10 km) and a core workout.
Illogical!!
But, i'm doing it.
